works wonders

This massager works wonders. Very easy to use, you definitely have to play around with the settings to get them just right for your body. I overdid it a bit using the highest setting and ended up being a little sore the next day, it did get my shoulder kink out, but I should have just stuck with the mid settings. Anyways so far I’ve used it on my shoulder and knee and it definitely feels like a real massage, highly recommend!

I’ve been having knee issues, especially my right knee for awhile now. I was very happy to try out the knee massager to see if it would help. I unpacked everything and saw what looked like a very fancy ice hockey helmet. I charged it up with the included cable. It uses a headphone type jack on the device side and USB on the plug in side. I wish it was micro USB on the device side so any regular cable would work. That said I charged it up and plugged that wire into the same plug where the charger cable went. Then I pressed the “helmet” on to my right knee. I placed the pads just below where the helmet stops and on either side of my knee. I pulled tight the Velcro strap to secure it and was ready to try it out. I pressed and held the power button and it lit up. The default is everything on and that was fine by me. I wanted to experience everything this could do. I pressed the plus button to increase everything and found the place where I felt it and liked what I was feeling. At this point I stretched out in my recliner and let the device do it’s thing. It was quite relaxing and therapeutic. It was needing, bumping, heating, red lighting and zapping with the pads. Not really sure about the red lights but the rest was great. There are some fancy lighting going on on the sides of the device too but are difficult to see. The session lasts about fifteen minutes. I felt so good I didn’t want it to end. So, I let it rest a few minutes to cool down and started it back up. It just feels so good I didn’t want it to stop but I figured the instructions want one session and I did two so I’d stop here. After I took it off and unsnapped the wires I got up and walked around. It was amazing, my knee was more stable. I had noticeably less discomfort and much better stability. I figured it was my imagination but it was there. It’s not perfect, I still know my knee isn’t great but it is bett.

This is a great Knee Massager, my daughter has chronic knee pain and this does help to make the pain subside and gives her some relief. It is easy to use only has only one button and has many options. My daughter likes to use the Heat and Kneading. Great for knee pain relief.

One of our family members has twice had knee surgery and many of us at a certain age can be in need of knee therapy. Although I was a big skeptical of the odd look, the Kneeflow isn’t so large and unwieldly as it first appears. It’s easy to use and we’re glad it has several versatile modes and intensity levels. It stores away in the linen closet easily.
